Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere within the United States.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Orders ship after a 2-3 day processing period. You may select from Standard Shipping (5-7 business days), or Expedited shipping (1-3 Business Days).
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days and we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.
What if my package is refused or not delivered?
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
Items that are Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE:
- All earrings
- All bathing suits / lingerie
- Any clothing, shoes, or accessories already worn
- Anything marked final sale or discounted 30% or more
- Gift Cards
Returns will be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit. Due to current delays, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
Returns will be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit. Due to current delays, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
How should I send my return back?
Complete the return form included with your original order and ship your return back. Securely repackage your items. Enclose a copy of the receipt and completed return form. If you need a new return form, please contact info.summertreeboutique@gmail.com and include your order number.
Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by Summertree Boutique. If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please reach out to our Customer Service department at info.summertreeboutique@gmail.com so that they can help you with a return label.

Refunds
You will be notified via the email address associated with your order within 5-7 business days of your return's arrival at our Online Division. It can take up to two weeks to fully process your return and reimbursement. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or store credit. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
